Dr. Hochman's Surgeries Win Two Top Awards
09-Apr-2009The WCSC TV5 video recently won both the South Carolina Medical Association's 2007 Broadcast Journalism Award and 2007 Excellence in Medical and Health Care Reporting for the broadcast of Dr. Hochman's surgeries.
In the broadcast Debi Chard from WCSC appeared live at the operating room at St. Francis-Roper Hospital in Charleston, SC, while Dr. Hochman performed surgeries on two young girls, Zoe and WhitLee, to remove vascular formations.
