The Fifth Annual "Cowboy Couture" Event

 

September 10, 2009! Memminger Auditorium at 6:30 in the Courtyard

 Gene Reed Toyota and Lexus of Charleston sponsored the event! 


Over 300 cowpokes saddled up to enjoy another exciting, fun-filled evening under the stars! The cocktail hour began at 6:30 pm with the Outshyne from Laurens, SC providing music from out on the range. They just won the 2009 Carolina Music Awards as Best Country Band.

Wild Wing Cafe provided the drinks to wet whistles after a hard day of herdin'.

Then everyone moseyed on in to the dinner tent for a unique blend of cuisine featuring "home on the range" tastes by j.b.c. catering/James Burns with paired wines donated by Francis Ford Coppola, so you could skip the moonshine and sip the fabulous wine.

We kicked back and enjoyed the lasso styling of trick roper, Charlie Keyes, 2006 Guiness Book of Records Champion.

Hold your horses and reach for your moneybags during the first class auction driven by our experienced auctioneer, Jamie Marchant. Bidders got ready to wheel and deal.

Then last, but not least, the popular band, Party on the Moon performed many of your favorite dance and show tunes so you could shake a leg and swing your pardner 'round the dance floor!
